Description:
1. Solicits and informs potential policyholders through a variety of methods. 2. Conducts comparisons to other insurers and types of policies. 3. Deals with potential policyholders in a fair and ethical manner. 4. Calculates and quotes policy premiums. 5. Upholds fiduciary responsibilities. 6. Uses American Family underwriting practices knowledge in handling new sales. 7. Oversees and coordinates of data for proper issuance of policies. 8. Works to maintain goodwill of American Family and Agency. 9. Responds appropriately to customer claim situations.
