~*Estimator Needed*~ - Location: Syracuse, NY Description: Estimator / Unit Checker Syracuse, NY Harlan Electric, a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc., one of the oldest and largest electrical contractors in the country, has an immediate opportunity for an Estimator / Unit Checker at its Syracuse, NY and Carlisle, PA locations. Some of the responsibilities will include verifying accuracy of project design, establishing project budgets, project billing and closeout. Must have excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written and communication skills. The right candidate must be self-driven and have the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project is required. Also, a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required. Seeking candidates that are reliable, punctual, team players, and have a good attitude. Salary commensurate with experience.
