Insurance Inspectors Wanted-Salem OR area - Location: Salem, OR Description: We are seeking independent Field Inspectors for Commercial Lines Insurance Underwriting and Loss Control inspections. Commercial inspection experience is preferred. Typical pay range for Commercial Lines inspections is $35.00 and up, per inspection. Our immediate areas of interest are: = SALEM, OREGON = ROSEBURG, OREGON If you are in another OREGON location but are an experienced Insurance Inspector with Commercial Lines background, please contact us. Experienced Property & Casualty insurance inspectors are preferred for ongoing but occasional assignments. This position does not involve any sort of selling; assignments are made to field inspectors based on geography. Reports require visits to inspection locations, completing forms and checklists pertaining to the construction, conditions, maintenance, occupancies and hazards, sketches with building dimensions (in some cases) and photographs (digital photographs preferred). Reliable computer capability is needed as service requests, report forms and completed reports and photographs are transferred electronically. Dependable transportation is necessary for inspection site visits. Index Research Services Inc. has served the Western insurance industry since 1946. Training assistance is available, and those with experience in similar fields such as real estate / property inspection, home inspection, mortgage inspection services, etc. are encouraged to respond if interested in this type of field inspection activity.
