Set overall strategic direction and conduct annual planning sessions with Nautilus Agent Board members for Nautilus in consultation with Walter Ridlon, VP in Charge of Advanced Services.- Meetings (Nautilus' Annual Meeting and Workshops)- Model Office- New Member Invitations- Budgetary Functions- TechnologyManage daily operations through 6 direct reports:- CVP-James Barry / Nautilus Plus- CVP-Dave Herrick / Special Case Unit- CVP-Alan Cone / Business & Estate Case Development- CVP-Brooke Zrno / Model Office Planning - AVP-David Ball / Systems- Supervisor-Penny Allen / Production- Work closely with the Nautilus Compliance Officer, Budget Specialist / Meetings Coordinator and Technology Officer whom all provide services to The Advanced Planning Group as well as Nautilus.- Report to Nautilus Advisory Board on plans and activities as requested.Draft:- Annual plan for Chief Executive Officer and First Vice President.- Monthly report for Chief Executive Officer and First Vice President.- Oversee Project Tracking Reports.- Organize teams.- Monitor projects.- Provide required reports for Nautilus and Nautilus Plus to CEO and FVP.
