Description:
Marrs Maddocks + Associates Insurance Services, Inc., one of San Diego County's leading independent insurance agencies, needs an ambitious, hard-working individual with a great attitude who likes dealing with customers and wants to elevate an insurance career to the next level. This position involves customer service, policy review, policy rating / quoting, and other clerical functions to assist our Personal Lines Sales Manager in handling personal insurance programs. Requires CA P&C license and 1-3 years recent personal lines agency experience, preferably with Applied Systems software, general computer proficiency, customer service orientation and attention to detail. We offer a convenient north county coastal location, excellent salaries and benefits, and an outstanding work environment.
