Employee Benefits Insurance Account Manager Company: Insurance Personnel Service Location: San Jose, CA Description: EMPLOYEE BENEFITS INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER IPS has an opportunity for an Employee Benefits Insurance Account Manager to be an autonomous leader responsible for the majority of account maintenance.  Our client company uses cutting edge technology to provide the finest employee benefits programs available. Join a company that has grown 30% in the last three years. RESPONSIBILITIES: ·           Primary service contact for assigned book of business, develop strong relationship with client and respond quickly to requests       Meet with clients, coordinate and execute midyear renewal, change of carrier, etc. ·         Schedule and participate in enrollment meetings ·         Market programs ·         Prepare monthly reports, mid-year analysis and annual management report ·         Manage mid-market and larger accounts QUALIFICATIONS:·         Three years in a commercial insurance brokerage environment, experience with large groups a plus  ·         Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop sound relationships with multiple clients, carriers and consultants ·         Firm working knowledge of employee benefits industry ·         Excellent computer skills including word processing ·         Strong spreadsheet skills ·         Well organized, ability to multi task ·         Clear and well developed verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with vendors effectively  BENEFITS:Join an organization where your work is important, your time is productive and your contribution is rewarding.  The total rewards package includes a competitive compensation and benefits package including traditional health and life insurance, 401K, and generous Pension Plan, Profit Sharing and Education Reimbursement plans Are you a fit for this job?
