Financial Planning/Insurance Assistant for Small Financial Planning of -

Description: Applicant must be ethical, dedicated, detail oriented, a multi-tasker and like variety in a job, as well as being busy. It is also important to have good communication and people skills as position works directly with clients and planners. Position requires self supervision ie., ability to work on own, as well as being a team player.
Position is responsible for working with clients, maintaining / updating client records, mailings, software and web page, insurance illustrations, and applications, data entry for financial plans, record keeping, monitoring, tracking, reports with regards to client contact data base, as well as assist with phone calls to clients and client events.
SKILLS: Computer literate, ie., ability to work on internet; word processing software usage; comfort in using / learning client data base software. Training provided. Experience with insurance / financial planning helpful but not required.

Our goals is to help our clients attain their financial goals and dreams. We provide financial plans for our clients, as well as insurance and securities products. Because we are a small office we must all work together and get along. It is important that the candidate be able to problem solve and be a self starter.
