Commission Based Sales positions open for our Oceanside and San Marcos locations. Insurance Agency specializing in Contractors Insurance is seeking self-motivated individuals for Agency Producer positions. Responsibilities include quoting and selling general liability, workers compensation, commercial auto, inland marine and other insurance policies; policy processing; and marketing, including 100+ cold calls per day. Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to work hard. A current Property and Casualty License is required.
