BOP Product Manager Company: AmTrust Financial Services Location: Cleveland, OH Description: The BOP Product Manager is responsible to develop a BOP product and to manage profitability and growth of the BOP business in the entire AmTrust marketing region. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria to ensure consistent profitability. Establish product parameters and work with IT group to ensure proper systems development. Manage referral underwriters for timeliness of responses and quality of underwriting decisions. Coordinate filing needs with compliance team. Establish state and tier priorities. Determine competition price points and product differentials. Meet with agents and marketing team to improve product to meet market needs. Nurture key BOP agency relationships to increase volume of profitable business. Meet regularly with underwriting management on growth and profitability awareness trends in BOP business. Perform duties as required by supervisor to facilitate business growth. Domestic travel 5-6 days per month. Requirements: College Degree required. 7+ years of industry experience. Self starter and willingness to work with others. Ability to communicate and write reports. Compensation: The BOP Product Manager will be paid a base salary and be eligible for bonus pay based on their ability to hit target growth and profitability goals.
