Associate FMLA Claims Examiner Company: Prudential Location: Scottsdale, AZ Description: Manages assigned caseload of FMLA claims and some integrated claims including FMLA and disability. Inputs claimant medical and demographic data; evaluates claimant eligibility and develops plan to address obstacles. Interacts with internal and external customers including, but not limited to, claimants, employers, physicians, attorneys etc. to gather the information needed to manage the claim. Validates payment period, follows up and monitors payment accuracy and timeliness.
