Description: Regional Sales Managers are responsible for developing relationships with brokers in their territory. Develop Broker relationships with clients of more than 1000 lives They are responsible for deep penetration of defined territory through measured quote activity, broker visits and sales results. Retention of profitable business is key and may include involvement with case management. Explore new sources of business. Monitor the business performance to ensure sales targets assigned are met. Enhance the service level by resolving customer complaints and responsively acting on special request thereby securing customers' satisfaction. Review business development progress and take appropriate action to achieve insurance business targets. . Some activities included but not limited to are: rfp review, plan design recommendations, developing new business-case strategy memos, partnering with underwriting, contracts and compliance departments. Professional negotiation with internal and external individuals. Travel (30-45%) required in designated territory. May vary depend on the market. Must be a team player in support of Prudential's presence in the market place in a variety of ways. Will provide insight and assistance to other Reps through the RFP and Sold Case Process. We pay competitive base salaries and reward performance.
