Middle Market Account Manager Company: Prudential Location: Dallas, TX Description: Manage relationship with assigned new and existing clients; mobilize support staff to maintain and strengthen account relationships, grow the business and resolve issues and problems. Generates revenue growth by retaining existing customers, expanding in-force business (add-issue / penetration / rerate) and achieving client satisfaction. Typically assigned mid-sized (500-9,999) Institutional accounts that vary in complexity from less complex to more complex in nature. Coordinates marketing, sales and support services for middle market Institutional accounts. Has a good understanding of assigned clients, requirements and develops programs to meet these requirements. Possesses excellent communication skills and a solid knowledge of Prudential products and servicesJob Requirements: The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of relevant experience*  A record of accomplishment and ability to develop and group relationships and a solid retention rate with medium and large accounts.*  State group life and health insurance license required within 30 days of hire*  Demonstrated success in servicing medium / large accounts in the group insurance and / or managed care industry.*  A track record of achievement servicing and working with the consultants and / or brokerage community would also be desirable.* Solid Management and Leadership abilities including goal setting, performance management and people management*  Advanced Sales and technical ability*  Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required*  Advanced knowledge of group insurance and intermediaries*  Ability to adapt to change and a strong work ethic.*  Strong interpersonal and time management skills*  Ability to differentiate between competitors offerings*  Energetic and motivated personality*  Ability to capitalize on a current "book of business"* Undergraduate degree preferred*  Important notice: Any applicant selected for this position will be required to submit to an extensive background screening and a credit check.
